This has the potential to be an eggplant. We'll see if it grows fast enough, it got started late.
What a great garden!!! Let those beautiful poppies grow, by the way!!! I can't get them to grow!! My corn is whimpy and only decoration at this point. We will starve this winter!! What kind of recipes are you making with all this produce. Do share!!!
ReplyDeletewe're mostly eating things raw. tomatoes are downed the second they're ripe! we just blanched a bunch of zucchini and yellow squash and put it in the freezer. chocolate chip zucchini bread was made once. as was vegetarian paella w/ the zucchini and squash. i also just found a cucumber!!! and i'm super excited for pumpkin seeds!
